LEF Unveils National Partnership with "The Right to Love"
Liberty Education Forum used Valentine’s Day 2012 as an opportunity to announce it will be the National Promotional Partner of “The Right to Love: An American Family,” an inspiring and insightful look at the passage of Proposition 8 in California as told through the lives and experiences of a gay couple directly affected by the controversial referendum.
“The message of ‘The Right to Love’ is so simple yet so necessary: gay families deserve equal rights—and this documentary makes that case in a very personal, very real way,” said Liberty Education Forum Executive Director Gregory T. Angelo. “It’s a message that will resonate and find an audience across the country, and Liberty Education Forum is proud to be the National Promotional Partner of the film to ensure it’s seen not only by those sympathetic to marriage equality, but those who might be ambivalent or undecided about it as well.”
Liberty Education Forum is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Simon LeVay to our expanding Speakers Bureau. LeVay, a British-born neuroscientist best known for his research and writings on the biology of sexual orientation, will work with Liberty Education Forum in its initiatives pertaining to issues of sexuality and whether individuals “choose” to be gay.
